Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting ISKCON Vesu Temple. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment through our website or mobile application.

**Donations** All donations made to ISKCON Vesu Temple are voluntary and non-refundable once successfully processed. We kindly request donors to confirm all details before completing a donation. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as duplicate transactions, technical errors, or payment gateway failures, and must be reported within 2 working days. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

**Events, Programs & Sevas** Payments for events, festivals, Sevas, sponsorships, and special offerings are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed. If an event is cancelled by ISKCON Vesu Temple, donors may be offered a rescheduled date or a refund, as applicable.

**Memberships** Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership is activated. Life Membership cancellation requests, if applicable, must be raised within 5 days of the transaction and are subject to approval.

**Merchandise (If Applicable)** Merchandise returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

**Acceptance of Policy** By using the ISKCON Vesu Temple website or mobile app and making any payment, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. All decisions regarding refunds shall be at the discretion of ISKCON Vesu Temple.
